i weighed myself, and this summer i have gained 16 POUNDS!
im disgusting.... this whole summer ive been craming sweets and junk into my fat face.
no more.


today i woke up at a friends and had a 200 calorie poptart. and a zero calorie tava drink, because i knew i wouldn't be eating because i was going to my boyfriends house... i left his house around 8:00pm and had a sugar free red bull, and came home and ate a bean tostada on a corn tortilla about 300 calories, and now i am having coffee, id say about 80 calories.


equaling.... 590


might be triggering, highlight to see those white spaces...

liquid fast today..... i have a question also.

im doing a liquid fast today
and i want to continue doing a fast or strict calorie counting again.
but im not sure what to do tommorow that wont mess up what ive done today

any suggestions???

so far i have had.

hot coffee with milk and sugar:100
iced coffee with milk and sugar-id say about 150
hot coffee with milk and sugar:100



just some thinspiration,
something i made about a year ago, i had this in my notebook.
ha ha.

its been awhile

its been awhile since ive been on,
i have gained almost 10 pounds putting me up at 142!!!!!!
its disgusting.
but i think im starting to get back on track again now that its summer, and i have no school.
i havnt been working out as much as i do either.
but its almost been a year since i've fully had some sort of ED.


anyways im just going to log what i ate today.
and i have to go babysit..if the lady ever comes to get me!!

i need to learn how to deal wiht my shit in another way,
i know i have depression so i latley i have gone to food for my comfort....


disgusting.


im still at the same weight,
this summer i want to loose 15-20 pounds.
i dont know my current weight
but before schoool which starts august 11 i need to be there.


today was sickning.
my stomach is hard and full of gross food.

kill me.


BINGE DAY.
4 pieces of pizza....600
cereal....400
oatmeal....400
pb&j....300
another pb&j...300
green tea...200
beans and toast....400


about 2500

may i started aeting 200 calories +
when before it was 800-

damnit, i thought i figured out my daily total.

i just ate and apple and a hunk of chedder cheese.
175 calories.

and i remembered today i also ate a piece of rye toast and cheese..
240 calories.

on top of my 1050 calories i counted earlier.
ew. i have to meet a boy tommorow.

:(



total.. 1465.

i have a month before i want to be skinny skinny
anyway i ate mucho lots today.
its really disgusting.
i guess its just all i think about.. i get bored of life now.

i cooked up 1 cup of rice.. but i think it made 4 cups.. because it gets bigger?

"One cup of uncooked rice contains 700 calories. It consists of 80% starch making it primarily a carbohydrate. It is also a good source of protein, thiamin, phosphorus and potassium."

i just found that on google! now that i know its 700 calories i wont be eating that ...

and then i had cereal, 350 calories.

and ive been drinking greentea all day, 0 calories.


1050 calories, not eating anyhting else.
and im not purging today either..
i need to be how i used to

today is a fresh start,

fiber bar-140 (regret)
just had less than half tomato soup-100

nothing seems the same here anymore. i used to be able to come here for support, and someone to understand everything, but it seems like i don't get anything from anyone.. everyone is just worried about themselves, and loosing so much weight just before sometime, and then they will be okay...and it will all be over. but really thats not what this is. i say we all just need to find a good forum one that has not been "taken over" per se..

I TOLD MYSELF I WOULD NVEER BINGE AND PURGE, BUT STARTING A COUPLE WEEKS AGO
I HAVE BEEN RELYING TO PURGING AS AN EXCUSE OF MY FATNESS.

I HAVE A QUESTION THOUGH..
HOW MUCH LONGER AFTER I EAT -USUALLY A HUGE BINGE-
IS IT TOO LATE TO PURGE, AND THE CALORIES ARE ALREADY ABSORBED???

IT SEEMS LIEK I CANT THROW UP UNLESS I WAIT A LITTLE WHILE.
BUT SHOUDL I DO IT RIGHT AWAY OR WAIT..
JUST TO BE SURE EVERYTHING IS GONE..???
THIS IS IMPORTANT.. PLS HELP
